Products based on fibrous materials

Fibrous materials and based products have a wide range of applications. Several most important fields of application in Russian Federation are following:

Respiratory filtration systems are prepared from microfiber layers with stable electrostatic charge allowing high values of filtering degree along with low respiratory resistance. Such materials are the basis for the production of respirators of different classes, such as "Lepestok", "Alina", "U-2K" and others.

Filtration layers for aerosol filters of different classes including: sorption-filtration filters, thermo stable, sterilizable and others. These materials are similar to respiratory filters. But the in time charge loss makes it necessary to create filters with high number of layers and extended surface to maintain high filtering degree constant. These materials are the bases for filters "D-23", "D-33" and "B-01".

Analytic filtration materials are employed in devices for radioactive aerosol analysis. Consisting of micro and nanofibers they may be easily incinerationable or soluble. Depending on fiber internal structure filtration process may be superficial or volumetric. Sorbents are added into the filter structure for iodine and mercury capturing. These materials are the bases for production of analytic ribbons "NAL", "SFL", "LFS","LFAS".

Fiber materials for separation in Ni-Cd alkaline batteries consist of chemical-resistant microfibers. Microstructure of these materials is created by applied pressure during technological processes.

Aviation fuel quality indicators are created from microfiber layers coated with water emulsions chemical indicators.
